Meet our Administration

Hello Mango Families,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!  I’m thrilled to begin my first year as Principal of Mango Elementary School and can’t wait to meet all of our amazing students and families. While I have many exciting ideas and plans for our school, this year will be focused on learning, listening, and growing together as a community.

There are already so many exciting programs happening at Mango, we currently are involved in AVID Elementary, PBIS, iReady, Second Step SEL, and currently have afterschool programs for childcare AND fun enrichment Expanded Learning Opportunity (ELO) programs. First day of school is Wednesday, August 6th 2025 (Minimum Day).  See you soon!

I bring 9 years of teaching experience across all school levels (Elementary, Middle, and High School.)  I was a Resource Specialist Teacher for a majority of my teaching experience which allowed me to work with a variety of teachers and support our most diverse learners. I earned my Bachelors and teaching credential from CSUN and my Masters and administrative credential from UCLA’s Principal Leadership Institute. Go Bruins! I am going into my 13th year as an administrator. Previously, I was a Program Specialist for 2 years, an assistant Principal for 9 years and 1 years as the Principal of an Adult Transition School.  I was previously the Assistant Principal for Cypress Elementary in FUSD for 3 years.

I am excited to begin my new educational journey at Mango Elementary. I believe that ALL students should have access to a rigorous, culturally relevant, and well-rounded academic curriculum. This also includes learning how to develop good character and to be a positive contributing citizen to their community.  

I look forward to working together with students, staff, parents/families, and community members to accomplish these goals.  Let’s go Mountain Lions!!

Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! I'm excited to begin my first year as Assistant Principal at Mango Elementary School. 

I bring 19 years of teaching, coaching, and leading from Kinder-12th grade. With a strong background in Math, I have recently focused on Special Education, educational technology, and restorative practices. I believe every child deserves a safe school where they can grow, and I'm excited to bring that energy to Mango Elementary!
